Graduating Seniors
Congratulations Class of 2015

Lynelle Freeman

A piano student, her mom described her best qualities as being a critical thinker in all things and her determination.  She will be attending the University of Alabama, with a major in Biology Research, on a full, four year academic scholarship from the university.  Lynelle definitely plans to continue playing piano; for her college essay, her mom said she wrote how ten years of piano lessons with Miss Collette has greatly influenced her life.  

 

Sarah Degenero
A piano and voice student, Sarah's best qualities, as described by her mom said "she's very compassionate, shy, and passionate about life."  She has grown into a good Christian woman and music has helped with self confidence, along with growing her love for playing piano and singing. Sarah will attend Godon College in Massachusetts this fall.  Her major will be in Music Performance, with a minor in Psychology.

 

Jack Gartner

Piano/Voice/Violin student, his mom described his best quality as "pure of heart."  He will attend the Univ. of New Haven Conn. studying Electrical Engineering.  For his first semester he will study the University in Prato, Italy. 

 

Amber McKay

A piano student, her mom described her best qualities as being very loving, smart, funny and poised in all she says and does; she always seems to know the right way to handle situations.
She will be attending Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, with a major in Industrial and Labor Relations. Amber was a recipient of many local awards & scholarships, including the Albany Chamber of Commerce, "Women to Women, Girls Take Charge Award,"  and the Macedonia Baptist Church Merit Scholarship.  Amber's mom said her playing will be missed in the household; music is such a big part of her life.  She plans to continue playing piano while in college.

 

Andrea Hulseapple  

A guitar student, her dad said she is very determined when she sets her mind to do something.  She is very talented musically and artistically.  Andrea has begun her studies as an Art major at Hudson Valley Community College.

 

Krystiana Justiniano

An art student, her Mom described her best qualities as being a very genuine and kind person.  She is very focused on her artistic abilities, her family and is great with children.  Krystiana wants to become a tattoo artist and will be taking classes at Hudson Valley Community College, as well looking for an apprenticeship at a local tattoo parlor.

 

Aileen Noonan

An art student, her art teacher, Jessica, describes her best quality as having a hunger for learning her craft, so she can keep on learning and improving her skills.  Aileen has already started taking college classes at HVCC; taking Psychology now, but thinking of taking Art Therapy as well.

Our Little Beans programs continue to offer fine arts programs in music, art, dance and acting to children ages 3 to 6.  Our programs are designed with the intent to get our Little Beans ready for things like reading, writing, creative thought and high thinking processes.

 

We are so excited to be ringing in the new school year with an official ribbon cutting for our Little Beans program.  Keep following for details coming soon.
